2. Service Scope and Delivery Model

aiupteams provides customized, professional on-site corporate instruction and workflow enablement sessions tailored for business clients across Europe.

All services are executed directly at the client’s designated corporate business location by our qualified representatives.
Services are strictly professional consulting and educational in nature, delivered according to pre-arranged schedules agreed upon by both parties.

3. Order Processing and Timeframes

Initial Engagement: Upon placing an order online via www.aiupteams.com and submitting the required deposit payment, our administrative team reviews the booking details.
Scheduling Window: Within 2 to 3 business days following successful order placement and deposit clearance, our team will contact the client via electronic mail to coordinate and confirm the precise calendar date and time for the on-site service delivery.
Fulfillment Period: Confirmed on-site training and consulting sessions are typically scheduled and executed within 14 to 30 calendar days from the initial order confirmation, depending on operational availability and client scheduling preferences.

4. Payment Structure and Settlement

Deposit Payment: Clients initiate the service reservation by submitting an initial deposit payment online through our secure checkout system at the time of booking.
Final Balance Settlement: The remaining balance of the full service fee is invoiced upon the conclusion of the on-site service delivery. The final invoice is payable in accordance with the payment terms specified in the individual client service agreement.

5. Rescheduling and Cancellation Terms

Client-Initiated Rescheduling: Clients may request a change to their confirmed on-site delivery date by providing formal written notice to devops@aiupteams.com no later than 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled appointment.
Cancellation Policy: If a client cancels a confirmed service engagement, the initial deposit remains non-refundable, as it covers preparatory scheduling and resource allocation. Cancellations submitted within 7 calendar days of the scheduled implementation date render the full service fee immediately due and payable.
